Over time, affected the cosmic forces of good to the tribe, making them as strong and virtually immortal. The tribe adopted the name Kaldorei, which "are children of stars" in their native language. To celebrate their budding society, they constructed great structures and temples built around the lake.
The Kaldorei, or night elves as they would later be known, worshiped the goddess Elune, and believed that she slept in the shimmering depths of the property during the day. The first priests and prophets of the night elves studied the Well with an insatiable curiosity, driven to plumb its secrets and power. As the company grew, the night elves explored all of Kalimdor and encountered its other. The only creatures that gave them pause were the ancient dragon and powerful. Large serpentine beasts were often hidden, but they have a lot of countries known to protect against potential hazards. The night elves discovered that the dragons themselves to be the protectors of the world - and agreed that they and their secrets are best left alone.
Over time, the curiosity of the night elves for purposes of meeting and friendship with a number of powerful entities, not least of which was Cenarius, a demigod of the forests was essential. The big heart Cenarius increased night elves and spent curious how much time they learn about the natural world. Calm Kaldorei developed a strong empathy for the living forests of Kalimdor and in a harmonious balance with nature.
With aging endless past civilization of the night elves expanded both territorially and culturally. Their temples, roads and homes across the width of the black continent. Azshara, the Queen of the Night Elves beautiful and talented, a huge palace, built on the shores of beautiful lake, placed his servant in her favorite Bejeweled halls. As their experiments progressed, the Highborne found that they create to use their new powers or to destroy, in their free time. The heedless Highborne had stumbled upon primitive magic and were now resolved to devote himself to its mastery. Although it was agreed to magic as dangerous if handled irresponsibly, Azshara and her Highborne their Spellcraft practice with reckless abandon. Cenarius and many night elf scholars warned that it would be shrunken a disaster to play with the arts of magic clearly volatile. Even so, Azshara and her followers stubbornly continued to develop their skills growing.
